Duties & Responsibilities
  • Resposible for the main HR Function.
  • Employee relations and administration.
  • Attending to outstanding CCMA matters.
  • Overview and presentation of HR and other related policies.
  • Leave administration.
  • Salary scale comparison and balancing.
  • Develop a performance evaluation structure.
  • Establishing and promoting an effective HR function within the organisation.

  • Three year degree or certificate in HR.
