- Provide full-spectrum HR support to assigned branches.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace grievances.
- Ensure compliance with all bargaining council agreements and procedures.
- Support managers in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Drive HR-related projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics.
