Human Resources Manager

Our client, an NPO with a focus on wildlife conservation is looking to onboard a Human Resources Manager with 5 - 8 years HR management experience.

You will lead and direct the routine and strategic function of the Human Resource Department.

• Honours Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law or related field
• Minimum 5 - 8 years Human resources management experience
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws
• Manage and implement all employee recruitment, development, retention and succession
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements such as Employment Equity, Skills development, etc
• Payroll and leave systems
• Advise and guide management by providing professional and legally compliant HR support
