This program aims at exposing unemployed young N6 graduates to workplace practices for a duration of 18 months in order to maximize their chances of being employed and to obtain their National Diploma. During your internship with us you will get to work with a young, driven, supportive team in a fun, friendly and professional environment.

Minimum requirements:
- Studied Human Resource Management at a registered FET College
- Must be in possession of an N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management
- Provide proof of N4, N5 and N6 Certificate (certified)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to work extra hours when required
- Immediately available
- The N6 graduate will be paid a stipend of R3 000.00 per month.
