Position Overview

As a Senior HR & Projects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's success. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require above-average IT skills, leadership abilities, strong communication, and a knack for problem-solving. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our projects and HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize above-average IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Skype, etc.), to facilitate effective business communication and reporting.
  • Act as a leader by planning meetings and understanding the team's and function's needs.
  • Improve business efficiency by managing time effectively, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and resolving work conflicts within established guidelines.
  • Proactively solve problems within frameworks, policies, and procedures, whether they relate to internal workplace issues or external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agenda items, prioritize tasks, and follow up on action items to ensure project and HR tasks are completed on time.
  • Track projects, identify potential risks, and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to produce error-free work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, build strong relationships, and manage setbacks without losing motivation.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong project management, communication, and HR skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
