Role purpose

Come join our amazing AskHR Team responsible for providing world class operational HR services to IG Employees globally!

What You Will Do

You're core responsibilities will be:
  • acting as first point of contact to IG Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on using our HR ticketing system (AskHR Portal)
  • dealing with common HR queries/requests through HR ticketing system and email in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
  • providing accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policies
  • managing HR data entry and processing HR transactions from employee life cycle scope in our HR data system (Workday)
  • managing preparation, signing and distribution of accurate HR letters and documents
  • maintaining employee files and documents
  • involvement in HR projects, improvements and initiatives
  • performing various admin tasks

Abilities/Expertise

Essential:
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR Processes and HR Operations
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of employee life-cycle
  • Fluency in English
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Workday and HR Case Management system
  • Experience with process and user experience improvements
  • Knowledge of USA HR processes
  • Knowledge of EMEA HR processes
  • Background in recruitment administration
