Our Client, a leading Insurance Client requires a Scrum Master to facilitate the processes and coach squads within an Agile environment
Responsibilities
- Project planning and management
- Assist the Product Owners by driving agile methodologies and techniques
- Facilitates and ensures that the squads conduct the backlog refinement
- Ensures daily stand ups are practiced
- Work closely with team and stakeholders
- Facilitates in show and ensure squads are able to effectively present their deliverables
- Matric
- IT Degree or Diploma
- Scrum Certification
- 5 Years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Experience at Team Lead or Senior Level essential
- Experience in DevOps environment
