• Spearhead the design and development of hydrogen projects, leveraging your expertise in production, storage, and application technologies.
• Manage project teams effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and business development professionals.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hydrogen technology and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing your knowledge and building relationships.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the successful development of hydrogen projects, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth understanding of hydrogen production methods (electrolysis, steam methane reforming, etc.), storage solutions (compression, liquification), and application technologies (fuel cells, turbines).
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to innovation.
