HR ADMINISTRATOR (SWELLENDAM, WESTERN CAPE)

Our client, a prominent player in the South African citrus industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled HR Administrator to join their growing team in picturesque Swellendam, Western Cape.   • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Be a proactive and effective communicator, building strong relationships with employees across all levels.
  • Offer support with talent acquisition and management, contributing to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Are You Rooted in HR Excellence?
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of HR experience as an administrator, with a strong track record of success.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, and your knowledge of HRMS systems is an added advantage.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and navigating diverse personalities.
  • You are a natural problem-solver and conflict manager, finding solutions with a calm and diplomatic approach.
  • You prioritize ethics, reliability, and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • You thrive under pressure, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
