Why this role is exciting:

The Incentive Compensation Analyst is part of the Incentive Compensation Team which is a key part of the Finance Operations department. They are responsible for ensuring that sales

incentive compensation plans help drive activities which directly contribute to the achievement of company financial and operational objectives. The Sale Incentive Compensation team ensures cross functional alignment, attention to detail and adherence to both the payroll and corporate accounting calendars in ensuring complete, accurate and timely payouts to plan participants. Reporting to the Incentive Compensation Manager, the person in this role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration of established policies and procedures related to the Impact.com global incentive compensation program. This position is responsible for ensuring that the companys compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies, procedures and country specific legislative regulations. This role is expected to work with colleagues in a team environment that serves customers across the globe. This exciting opportunity provides global responsibility as well as excellent visibility at the senior management level of the organization.

What you'll do:
  • Responsible for all activities that ensure the complete, accurate and timely payment of global variable compensation benefits related to sales performance.
  • Creation, maintenance and distribution of all documentation related to the variable compensation benefit plan.
  • Part of the global commission process including review of attainment metrics, ensuring and documenting proper approvals, statement creation and payroll submissions.
  • Uses provided tools and techniques to compile, prepare and present multi-layer data to a cross-functional audience.
  • Function as an incentive compensation subject matter expert within the organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations and other Finance functions to resolve commission related inquiries and exception handling
  • Function within the Incentive Compensation Team as contributor to the effectiveness and improvement of existing financial operational processes.

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience with a high growth company, preferably SaaS
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools (eg. MS Excel, GSheet)
  • High attention to detail

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Creative and flexible problem
Nice to haves:
  • Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
  • Prior experience with a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
  • Prior experience administering variable compensation or related compensation and benefits programs
  • Advanced level Excel, Google Suite, Spreadsheets, DataVisualisation tools
