Ensuring High Degree Of ICT Compliance In Respect Of
- ICT Governance: development and implementation of policy and management of SLAs (vendor performance)
- Service continuity
- Programme change management
- User access management (ensure access to FBC network and software is controlled at appropriate levels of authorisation)
- Security management (antivirus, firewalls and patches)
- Relevant legislation (e.g. Protection of Personal Information Act etc.)
