Data Advisor (CDC)

Culmen International, LLC. is hiring for Data Advisor in support of PEPFAR in Pretoria, South Africa.

The data advisor will offer technical support to CDC South Africa branches to establish best practices for data integration and visualization for high-priority projects in accordance with SAG national rules and PEPFAR objectives. The advisor will also help CDC South Africa branch personnel with analysis and presentations for important office deliverables, as well as with understanding data needs, strengths, and limitations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in informatics, computer science, or another related field; Advanced training in epidemiology and public health evaluation
• International experience working with Ministries/Departments of Health, with a strong preference for prior work experience working with South Africas National Department of Health.
• Experience in analyzing data from PEPFAR information systems including DATIM, Expenditure Analysis, and SIMS.
• Experience in conceiving and updating online portals for data visualization and dissemination.
• Embassy Access and Security Level 5 (Level 5 NACI (NACI + Credit Check) and possible MBI/LBI.
