- Perform daily backup operations and manage IT security protocols.
- Provide exceptional tech support, acting as the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers, answering technical queries clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure alignment with company and group IT procedures.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Test and deploy new hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor service level agreements with IT suppliers.
- Manage and maintain IP CCTV systems (advantageous).
- Provide after-hours support, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
