- Lead Brambles venture development within the Disruptive Innovation strategy, with a goal to identify, prototype, implement, and scale breakthrough platform and operating model innovations that can reshape our business and drive growth and expand the markets in which Brambles operates
- Youll scout and evaluate external opportunitiesfrom emerging technologies to new business models - and build a strong network of partners, startups, and research institutions to fuel innovation
- Manage the end-to-end venture pipeline, guiding ideas from exploration to launch and growth
- Apply your expertise in venture capital, valuation, and performance metrics to uncover high-impact investment opportunities that align with our Disruptive Innovation strategy
- Strategic Foresight: Ability to navigate uncertainty and use scenario planning to anticipate how emerging technologies and market trends will shape future opportunities
- Value Creation: Skilled in evaluating new venture opportunities and building strong business cases that support investment and long-term growth

- Bachelors degree or Masters Degree (preferred) in strategy and innovation management related fields
- Relevant experience in venture valuation, development, preferably in a complex multinational business environment
