- A National Diploma in Agriculture or related field of study
- Completed AETP qualification
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of all inspection services relevant to the specified geographical area.
- Competency and/or exposure of product inspection in the listed products will be advantageous: Maize, Citrus, Avocados or Minor products.
- Experience in various cold chain functions related to the specified geographical area, in particular container loading will be advantageous
- Operational planning; training and organizing skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Experience on Titan 2.0 will be advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and / or with minimum supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour.
- A valid code 08 driving license and own reliable vehicle is a requirement for doing the job
