Your Mission:
This position is based in Johannesburg and will be an integral part of our South Africa Team. As a Trainer at Schneider Academy, you will deliver exceptional training to a diverse range of customers. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and knowledge transfer, you will play a key role in establishing Schneider Academy as a premier training facility.
Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!
       Deliver both standard and customized training courses.
       Collaborate with offer managers on new product launches and future training and equipment needs.
       Manage and maintain training equipment and the storeroom.
       Support operational tasks.
       Focus on customer satisfaction, promote digital education, and help meet annual targets for training hours and sales.
       Ensure technical competence in new products and actively participate in developing digital training resources.


Qualifications

       Relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in a relevant electrical, instrumental, process control engineering technical field.
       Moderator or assessor certification will be a distinct advantage.
       Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and industrial communications.
       Curriculum Development: Experience in preparing new training curriculums, training manuals, and course materials tailored to various customer needs.
       Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
       Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
       Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and network effectively with trainees, colleagues, and industry professionals.
       Planning and Organizing: Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, resources, and equipment.
       Time Management: Efficiently manage time to balance multiple training sessions, preparation, and administrative tasks.
       Customer Focus: Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to tailor training to meet specific customer needs.
       Digital Competence: Familiarity with digital training tools and resources, and the ability to develop and deliver digital training content.
       Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
