The Learnership Programme, which will commence from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027, offers participants the opportunity to develop their skills and gain short-term-insurance specific experience. Furthermore, successful graduates of this programme will receive a FETC: Short-Term Insurance, NQF level 4 qualification.
Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2025). You MUST attach a copy of your ID to your application.
- Able to speak, read and write English .
- Passed Matric (a pass mark of 50% or above for English will be a requirement and Math will be beneficial). You MUST attach a copy of your Matric certificate to your application. If you are currently completing Matric, please attach a copy of your Matric preliminary exam results.
- Be computer literate .
- Currently unemployed and/or have no work experience.
- Not currently studying at any other institution or hold any post-Matric qualifications.
- Not currently registered for any other learnership.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance and a passion for learning.
- Must possess a clear criminal and credit record.
- Applications that do not have Matric (or Prelim results) and ID copies attached will not be considered.
- Participants of the learnership will receive a fixed monthly allowance/stipend.
