Change & comms manager
Job Description
- Generating of Change Reports and providing insights analysis based on change and people related data from multiple sources
- Collecting data and providing insights through the analysis of survey results, feedback sheets, reports or meetings with people.
- Visualisation of data insights using tools such as Excel, Word, Forms and PowerPoint.
- In partnership with the Human Capital, creation and management of:
- stakeholder lists.
- impact analysis reports.
- design and development of surveys, questionnaires and tools.
- Supporting the implementation of Change Management plans
- In partnership with the Change Lead, implement the Communications and Change Management plan by:
- Proactively giving feedback and identifying implementation issues and risks.
- Management of Change events set-up, logistics, attendance resources, equipment, stationery and information required for change events etc.
- Hands-on support during Change initiatives.
- Financial administration of Change initiatives inter alia: procurement process, creation and tracking of budgets.
- Acts as a liaison where required to share clear communication and service delivery with stakeholders.
- Formatting change communication(s), distributing to the different channels and managing feedback/ responses/ queries from any wide-spread communication.
- Liaising with Marketing to assist with visual collateral such as designs, logos etc
- Change management qualification or certification
- Office 365
- Makes a Business Case for Change within Finance
- Sources data, specifically from a people perspective as well as Degreed, to shape the story of change in Finance
- Drafts a campaign for the launch of the Finance Chatbot
- Develops finance of the future branded, employee engagement collateral
- Sources quality images from marketing aligned to the overall theme of FSC.
- Creates collateral that can be reused for the various streams
- Drives the use of Degreed through promotion of the employee value proposition ( what's in it for me) and the Degreed capability.
- Sends personal emails to users who have not been active to increase the percentage of active users.
- Drafts and sends weekly Degreed tips to be sent out to throughout Finance to create continued awareness
- Creates a monthly Degreed dashboard that will be sent out to Finance
- Drives collaboration and inclusion through engagement sessions on change for Finance. Sessions include:
- FANS & FABS (Once a month)
- Change days (every second month)
- Elevator pitches (3 times per year)
- Maintain and leverage Finance of the future SP site & Teams capabilities to provide continuous insights, resources and communication to finance across all regions
- Digital Enablement
- Building MS O365 products
- Providing training to others on MS O365 relates tool
- Finance communications

- All lists are in the distribution folder and will be received in arrears.
