- The purpose of the job role is to grow the customer base and increase market share.
- The incumbent will also provide support to the External Sales Representative, convert inquiries into Sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Promote and sell company world class products with excellent customer service
- Ensure increased customer awareness and maintain/increase market share
- Ensure optimal growth by providing excellent customer service and after service
- Assist External Sales Representatives with distribution of credit applications, quotations and administration
- Capture Sales orders
- Follow-up of progress on orders
- Assist with Telesales
- Meet and improve annual budgets inherent requirement
- Client queries are responded to timeously.
- Deliveries are followed up on whenever necessary.
- Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers.
- Check material availability when quoting
- Assist to maintain customer pricelists and customer data base
- Assist with credit applications and rep reports for the debtors department
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints, requirements and progress reports
- Analyse customer feedback and service satisfaction and escalate for corrective measures
- Assist customer with technical info, brochure and installation procedures
- General admin / perform own filing
- Assist with additional tasks as requested by management from time to time
- Contribute to GRS Brand Awareness
- Uphold the companys code of ethics
- Ensure excellent customer service to clients
