We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. What You'll Be Doing
  • Chat with english speaking customers in international markets on the phone, who need help moving large items and show them how AnyVan can make it easy.
  • Build strong relationships, highlight our value, upsell where it makes sense, and close deals with confidence.
  • Stay on top of your leads and consistently hit your weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
  • Work closely with your manager to fine-tune your sales approach and keep improving.
  • Share customer feedback and insights from the market to help us shape and improve our service offering.
  • Pro-actively find and recruit quality Transport Providers (TPs).
  • Proactively reach out to Transport Partners to manage quotes, negotiate great rates, and secure win-win deals for AnyVan, our customers and our Transport Partners.
  • Allocate jobs to the right TPs, negotiating when needed to stick as closely as possible to the original pricing.
  • Keep deliveries on trackwork with TPs and customers to sort out any issues quickly and smoothly.
  • Handle general admin like checking proof of delivery, managing invoices, and staying on top of pricing and charges.
  • Keep customers and internal teams in the loop, especially when things dont go to plan, by clearly communicating updates and solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Solid experience in a call centre sales rolebonus points if youve worked with international customers.
  • A track record that youre proud of when it comes to closing deals and smashing sales targets.
  • Confident selling over the phoneYou know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close like a pro.
  • Youre a great listener and know how to pick up on what matters to the customer.
  • Positive, resilient, and unafraid of a challengeyou bounce back quickly and keep going.
  • Super organised, detail-focused, and able to keep your workflow running smoothly.
  • Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
  • You take initiative, get stuck in, and know how to get things done fast without compromising on quality.

  • The ability to get to our offices in the CBD and work to within our shift patterns. They will be based on 9 hour shifts with an hour for lunch between Monday - Friday 3pm - 3am.
