Overview
The Marketing & Creativity stream of the Le Cubs 2026 Internship Programme offers aspiring creatives and marketers the opportunity to work within Africas leading communications group.
Launched to empower young South Africans, Le Cubs gives graduates and final-year students hands-on experience across digital marketing, creative development, brand storytelling, and multimedia content creation.
As a Marketing & Creativity intern, you will contribute to real campaigns, collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and designers, and gain exposure to the full marketing and communication ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Creative & Content Development
- Assist in brainstorming, conceptualising, and producing creative ideas for campaigns.
- Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts, videos, graphics, copy, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to bring brand stories to life through visual and written communication.
- Contribute to digital marketing activities, social media strategy, and campaign rollouts.
- Assist with research, insights gathering, and trend analysis to support marketing decisions.
- Help manage brand communication across platforms in partnership with strategists and account teams.
- Work alongside designers, writers, marketers, and production teams on real client projects.
- Participate in team briefings, creative reviews, and project presentations.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks related to campaigns and creative development.
- Take part in ongoing training, mentorship, and skill-building workshops.
- Grow your creative, strategic, and storytelling ability through hands-on experience.
- Learn to work in an integrated, fast-paced agency environment.
- South African citizen
- Graduate or final-year student completing studies in 2025
- Holding or completing a Diploma, Degree, or Higher Qualification in a relevant field
