Client Service Executive

The Client Service Executive is an organised administrator who works quickly and efficiently. They are good at proofreading, filing, uploading content and coordinating.

Our client is a fast growing UK based recruitment software company used by over 400 UK organisations. You will be working closely with our clients customers, responsible for writing and proofreading their job adverts, uploading them to the appropriate job boards and making sure that our clients internal software system/CRM is up to date.

Once you settle into the role, you will also be answering calls and questions from both clients and candidates interested in applying for the roles you advertise as well as screening CVs.

This is a fast-paced role and a great opportunity for someone interested in a career in recruitment to gain some valuable experience.

Requirements
  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Recruitment experience is desirable
  • Roles you may have done before include Admin Assistant, Office Administrator, HR Admin, or Customer Service Administrator basically experience in taking calls, speaking to clients and being ace with admin
  • You have to have excellent written and literacy skills, be incredibly organised, be self-managing and motivated while working in a virtual team based internationally
  • Your working hours will reflect the UK time zone from 9.00 am till 6.00pm
  • Our offices are in Cape Town CBD and Woodstock
