Company specialising in integrated Network Connectivity Solutions, covering Information Technology and Audio-Visual, requires an experienced invoicing clerk to join their dispatch team.

Minimum Requirements

Completed Grade 12

Finance related certificate/ diploma would be preferred

3 or more years relevant experience

Previous experience in dealing with stock

Previous experience having worked on Pastel/ Sage would be advantageous

Duties And Responsibilities

Check stock with clients at collection counter

Check credit on terms clients

Receipt of payments for COD clients

Invoicing

Assist with couriers and courier quotes
