Invoice Clerk

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice and Fulfillment Clerk to join a fast-moving warehouse environment. In this role, you will assist the Warehouse and Distribution Manager in all aspects of order fulfilment.

Purpose of role: You will ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as required by the Health & Safety Act, and will use company equipment and property responsibly. They will also be responsible for adhering to GMP, GWP, and SOPs at all times. Additional hours may be required on an ad hoc basis, depending on the needs of the company and warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Suitable tertiary qualification
Advanced Office skills
Pastel Evolution experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
Customer orientated
Organised and outstanding attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

Order processing:

Process requests, supply orders, and arrange deliveries daily.

Use correct customer accounts for the correct customer account allocations and avoid processing errors.

Follow strict FEFO principles when processing orders.

Returns processing:

Reconcile returns and verify that the inventory is intact.

Report any defects.

Inventory control:

Assist with inventory control administration.

File all supporting documents.

Customer service:

Assist with customer bookings where needed.

Liaise with clients.

General administrative:

General administrative duties.

Invoicing and general admin assistance to coastal branches.

Compliance:

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the POPI act and SAPHRA guidelines.
