Job Description

Provide assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, updates, and patches.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the security and integrity of data transmission.

Any other task assigned by Campus Head and Higher Management.
