Our company is looking for field support specialist in Midrand.
Job responsibilities:
- A combination of traditional onsite break/fix along with new client and equipment installs
- Onsite repairs of laptops,desktops,monitors,printers, peripherals, networks, and any other low-voltage electronics and new client installations
- Onsite software installation and maintanance
- Provision IP data network, routers,switches, firewall, end point solution, network security
Job requirements:
- Possess one of the following, Asc Degree in Information technology or relevant industry certification (A+, network+, MCP) or 3 years experience in similar position
- Good communication skills
- Good Service oriented
