Essential Requirements:
- Related qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Extensive knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Solid understanding of network administration and architecture.
- Familiarity with database and storage technologies.

- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
- Develop, implement, and oversee cybersecurity strategies to ensure the safety of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Evaluate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for the provision of products and services.
- Participate in the design and execution of an IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and manage budgets relating to IT Infrastructure.
