Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and improvements to optimize efficiency and security
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect company data and information
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve the company's IT capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions
- Train and support employees on the use of technology and software systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
