About The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of IT functions, ensuring that our systems, networks, and infrastructure remain reliable, secure, and efficient. This position requires a hands-on professional who can manage both day-to-day IT operations and specialized systems such as Linux servers and AI camera solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support across the organization, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
• Oversee local and wide-area network management, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and related services.
• Set up, configure, and maintain AI-powered camera systems, ensuring reliability and integration with security and monitoring platforms.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT best practices, data security standards, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with network management, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with account management in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure setup and maintenance.
• Experience with AI camera systems will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Linux, or equivalent) will be advantageous.
