Jnr Editor – Education Policy and Compliance (JB4733)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Institutional Editor with a strong background in the education sector. This role focuses on editing, reviewing, and ensuring that institutional policies, guidelines, and critical documents align with higher education standards and regulatory requirements. You will play an essential role in supporting our institution’s compliance with national education quality standards and contribute to maintaining overall quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Law, English, or Communications (postgraduate qualifications in Compliance or Policy Studies are a plus).
- Experience in policy editing and compliance within the higher education sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and document versioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and review institutional policies, strategic plans, and key documents to ensure clarity and adherence to CHE and QAF standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure documents comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support policy development by providing editorial expertise, ensuring compliance with national education standards.
- Align documents with institutional goals and national educational objectives.
- Manage the editorial workflow for policy documents, coordinating with contributors to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the publication and distribution of approved policies, ensuring consistent communication across the institution.
