Job Controller for Swimming Pool Company

This is an on-site full-time Job Scheduling Clerk role, located in Durban North.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every job assigned to our technicians is correctly scheduled, estimated, and priced.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the data on the performance, maintenance, and warranty of all machines and devices that we use in our operations.

Additionally, you will work closely with operational management to ensure that the performance of our technicians is properly tracked and that all our clients are satisfied with the quality of our services.

• Track Vehicle to Scheduled Services
• Daily service sheet reviews
• Keep Client Information Updated
• Schedule Pools for Up-Coming Services
• Follow up on leads and grow the customer base

RequirementsComputer Literacy

Mathematics Grade 12 Pass

Drivers Licence

Good English
