Requirements
  • Must have experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualification.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be organised and have good time management.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Bank Balances/Transfers.
  • Cheques for payment.
  • Creditors for Payment.
  • List of cheques to pay.
  • Opening mail.
  • Pay Efts approved.
  • Monitoring of Bookkeepers daily tasks
  • Casual wages.
  • Stationery order.
  • Rental Schedule
  • Elect / Water A/C.
  • Bank statements
  • Bank Recon's Units.
  • Monthly cashflow.
  • Motor vehicle fuel
  • Debit/Stop Order List.
  • Bank Recon Group Summary.
  • Credit Card Recon Ned/ FNB Card.
  • Motor Vehicle Licence Renewals.
  • Rent Invoices.
  • Water and lights summaries.
  • Oversee three Bookkeepers, a Debtors Clerk as well as a Management Accountant.
