RequirementsProfessional background
- Solid experience in Business Analysis and knowledge of Process frameworks (+ TOGAF / ITIL)
- Experience ideally with 6 Sigma Green or Black belt
- Knowledge of Enterprise services at a Telco.
- Knowledge of RPA cases for customers.
- Experience with or good views of technical / delivery aspects of product development and associated processes to achieve that.
