Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Drive efficiency and productivity while managing projects and delivering on innovation. Manage the team to deliver on daily operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
Job Objectives
- Manage and lead the Business Enhancement team to deliver efficiencies and productivity within store operations
- Work across functional areas to extract business benefit that enhances processes and outcomes within store operations
- Required to work on medium/high impact projects and solutions that may or may not span multiple business areas
- Gather and interpret requirements from the business.
- Participate in the solution design process
- Prepare the requirements specifications
- Define the success criteria for solution testing
- Performing business analysis and process improvement with assigned solution project
- Presenting information and obtaining buy in from all stakeholders

- Certificate or Diploma in Project Management
- Relevant tertiary IT qualification
