Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Centre Agent with matric and outbound sales experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Boksburg. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products or services. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
• Clearly and effectively explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Handle customer objections and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide relevant information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
