and perform statutory and other necessary financial management and reporting functions within the company and to ensure that the organization complies with the requirements of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations, and Procurement Regulations, Generally Recognized Accounting Practice and any other Act that has financial obligations on the organization as a whole.

This includes development and implementation of the funding and finance strategy and to mobilize for funding to ensure the company is sustainably funded in the medium to long-term to fulfil its mandate
