Education And Experience
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (essential)
- Postgraduate diploma/ degree or healthcare-specific qualification (advantageous)
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within the healthcare funding, insurance or financial sector
- Experience of working with innovators, designers and developers to realize the strategic vision of the company.
- Excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in enterprise systems used by medical schemes and administrators (e.g., administration platforms, CRM, workflow automation)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, PMB, CPT)
