The Role:

We're seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator with a flair for nurturing relationships and a knack for identifying potential client needs. Your primary role will be to follow up with participants from our webinars, assess their potential as clients, and schedule valuable discussions with our lead consultant, Tom. You'll be the bridge between our webinars and the meaningful conversations that follow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Assessment & Engagement: Screen webinar attendees to identify potential clients. Use your judgement and sales background to gauge if an attendee qualifies for a follow-up call.
  • Scheduling Mastery: Arrange calls between qualified leads and Tom, ensuring a seamless and efficient scheduling process.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain clear, professional language while conversing with 'warm' contacts. Your communication skills will set the tone for future interactions.
  • Social Media Savvy: Utilize your experience with social media and LinkedIn to enhance client engagement and outreach.
  • KPI-Driven: Have a strong appetite for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators. Your motivation and autonomy are crucial in this role.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM systems (ideal but not essential) will be beneficial in managing and organizing your workflow.
  • Client Relationship Development: Reconnect with old clients and manage ongoing accounts, nurturing long-term relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Background in sales, preferably with experience in making follow-up calls and client assessments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs and a motivation to excel autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable and experienced in using various digital tools and platforms.
