Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design and delivery of incentive compensation plans using relevant software.
  • Partners with Sales Leaders and other relevant stakeholders in the design of sales commissions and incentive programs.
  • Maintain annual sales and services compensation terms and conditions in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring that incentive data is accurate and maintained.
  • Provide guidance to sales management on compensation issues.
  • Provide support and ongoing administration of the sales incentive application
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure that compensation plan changes are aligned with business processes.
  • Partner with the Sales Administration team to provide guidance on the administration of compensation plans.
  • Provide feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement and revision annually of the sales compensation framework.
  • Provide input into and assist with the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies.
  • Manage and direct the execution of processes relating to variable commission structures and changes and ensure
  • compliance with these policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and govern the design and implementation of the NTT sales compensation framework.
  • Work with Sales Operations and HR to provide change management plans for sales compensation framework
  • implementation.
  • Lend critical analytical and technical support to the successful administration of sales compensation programs.
  • Perform administrative activities related to sales compensation reporting and input into sales compensation analytics, drawing out trends and other insights from the data.
  • Take accountability for compensation data collection and preparation and consider market data when completing the compensation planning process.
  • Contributes to the development and documenting of compensation procedures that ensure statutory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of process control management
  • Possess strong excel financial/data modeling skills
  • Individuals should be analytical, meticulous, and systematic
  • Possess problem-solving and creative thinking ability
  • Demonstrate the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Overall incentive and financial modeling skills to deliver sales incentive design
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced word processing skills and (G-suite and/or Microsoft)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills to support data modeling and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Radford compensation practices and surveys would be advantageous
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative fields or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated years of professional compensation experience with at least 2 years in roles directly managing sales
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a Corporate ICT company
compensation programs
  • Demonstrated years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with enterprise sales commission systems preferred
  • General compensation strategy and administration experience a plus
  • Presentation development experience required
  • Project management experience
