RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adopt Business, Collaboration, Viability Process (BCVP)
Perform market research and competitor analysis
Build user stories to draw diagram and build transactional flows
Draft business requirement documents
Best in class functional UI / UX design
Optimise existing transactional flows
Own full product design
Signoff Technical documentation and business requirement document
Build and manage product technical roadmap
Manage digital lifecycle and releases
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Monitor front-end transactions to identify possible failures or errors
End to end front-end testing
Engage with Technical Integrations team to ensure accurate and timeous delivery
Manage error messaging and mapping
Manage new and enhancement of product integrations
Optimise and ensure compliance of Slip templates. (1Voucher slip interoperability)
Management of product directory and catalogue
Grow product/s though data insights working with Growth Manager.
Perform analytics to measure ROI, and product growth digital usage to make informed decisions to change or enhance for best user journey
Overall Business Support education and escalations
Mentors less experienced staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of relevant product management experience
Industry Experience (relative to the role)
Experience in mobile product vending
A strong technical background with software development experience and or understanding of the software development life cycle.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product feature and technical designs.
Experience working with content management systems and product catalogues preferrable.
Understanding of app UI/UX, design and enhancements
Experience with apps, website Android, IOS, and USSD platforms. WhatsApp experience advantageous.
Experience managing multiple projects/products from concept to deployment and postproduction tracking.
