Responsibilities:
- Supervising the installation of various state-of-the-art multi-million rand machinery and technology.
- Managing assigned engineering and technical projects.
- Ensuring client satisfaction across all engineering projects.
- Creating and executing project schedules and forecasts.
- Coordinating and verifying engineering deliverables.
- Providing weekly updates on project status and any changes.
- Strategizing, scheduling, overseeing, and harmonizing the technical and managerial aspects of projects.
- Aiding in the preparation of proposals for engineering projects and equipment acquisitions.
- Assisting in coordinating pricing, estimation, and scoping strategies for proposed projects, along with developing technical specifications.
- Collaborating on the preparation or adjustment of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact assessments, permits, and project designs.
- Executing successful engineering projects.
- Extensively communicating with designated project clients, external customers, and suppliers, whether local or overseas.
- Taking charge of commissioning and operating multi-million rand machinery and plant facilities.
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- No prior experience is needed for this role
