Role Profiling & Evaluation Specialist

The purpose of the Role Profiling & Evaluation Specialist role is to provide support to the OE team in executing various OE related activities. This role is accountable for participating in various parts of the Role Profile generation, providing administrative support and coordinating additional research, report inputs, data checks and general consolidation as required. This role will receive great exposure to OE, Job Architecture and Job Evaluation solutions to drive internal equity and market competitiveness so as to ensure the attraction and, retention of key talent within the Shoprite Group.
