Strong electrical systems background

5-10 years of experience in a corporate / hospitality maintenance environment is essential

Weekly Facilities Management inspections and reports

Carpentry / Plumbing /HVAC / Renovations / PArking space / general maintenance and upkeep of the facility / Power supplies / Equipment / Health and Safety etc
