Farm (Crop) Manager

The Farm manager position available for suitable candidates in our Tarlton site.

This role is reporting to the Production Manager.

It is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leads all aspects of crop production, including land preparation, planting, spraying, fertilization and harvesting of all production crop at Greenway Farms Production Business Unit.

Suitable candidates must have ,Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous, At least 3 years experience with large scale vegetable farming, At least 5 years experience managing a team in a farm environment, Experience building, working in, or leading and interacting within a multi-disciplinary team including, farm managers, operators, agronomy technicians, business managers, and general labour, Experience in Farm operation and training operators, Experience working with Agriculture equipment and machinery.
