FoodServ Solutions is looking for motivated and hands-on Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic team across the following locations: Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, and Polokwane.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, are eager to develop hands-on technical skills, and want to be part of a service-focused environment supporting the hospitality industry.
Youll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment while providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and test the operation of equipment to identify malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices.
- Minimum 3 years of workshop/technical repair experience.
- Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial
- Deliver excellent customer service by strictly adhering to procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted prior to commencing any repair work.
- Grade 12 + NTC 3
- Minimum 3 years of workshop/technical repair experience
- Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial
- Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak)
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer relationship skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
