Day in the life of a Financial Assistant
- Payments to providers
- Cash flow aggregation
- Accounts receivable recons
- Price adjustments and corrections in CRM system - 50% of the role
- Resolving help desk tickets
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Assist with purchase orders
- Capturing of supplier invoices
- Month end capturing
- Reconciling inter company loan accounts
- Ensure all creditors invoices are VAT compliant
- General administration duties
- Grade 12
- Completed Accounting Diploma/Degree
- 2 years experience working in a financial department
- Experience doing reconciliations
- Experience working in the hotel/hospitality industry
