Purpose of Role: Typically playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth production, maintaining equipment, and optimizing processes. Ensure process parameters are within specification to maintain product quality

Key Responsibilities:

Safety First:

• Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
• Drive and participate in safety initiatives in the facility.

Operational:

• Monitor rubber mixing, extrusion, molding, and curing processes.
• Adjust parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Technical:

• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and production data.
• Prepare technical reports for internal reviews and audits.
• Contribute to SOPs and work instructions for production processes.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests (e.g., tensile strength, elongation, hardness).

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Should be well versed with engineering calculations using excel
• Understanding of rubber compounding, curing, and testing methods
