Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis.
- Ability to think strategically and provide financial guidance to support the company's objective.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and providing actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

- Familiarity with financial software and tools, including ERP systems and financial modeling software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MFin) is a plus.
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in team leadership and management.
