Head of Client Coverage : Real Estate

Client Coverage within this multi-national financial institution, provides strategic complex solutions for Multinational clients, led by deep sector insights to anchor long term relationships in various markets globally. The successful individual will strategically lead a small team, reporting directly into the Global Head of Client Coverage. One would work closely with the Investment Banking specialist product areas in delivering complex property finance solutions, and in driving key relationships within the Property Sector. With over a minimum of 15 years' working experience, you will have expanded your experience and network across various markets globally, with Africa at the centre of growth opportunities. Expect regular travel, representing the company both as a speaker, stakeholder or delegate at a variety of events and significant oversight into transactional risk.

Suited to an individual who is well networked in the SA property sector, with has a post graduate university degree in property or finance coupled with a seasoned track record in corporate finance and investment banking.
