Head Of Technical And Customisation Operations

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all workshop and bodyshop operations
Manage mechanical technicians, panel beaters, spray painters, and refit teams
Diagnose and approve repairs on luxury vehicles
Supervise customisation projects (Brabus, Larte, Lumma, 6ixpck, etc.)
Ensure every vehicle meets OEM and Pharoah-level standards
Sign off on all quality control before vehicle delivery
Coordinate parts, timelines, job cards, and workflow
